Announcement

On October 13, 2025, the Wisconsin Institute for Constitutional Integrity, Inc. was officially founded under the laws of the State of Wisconsin as a faith based, nonprofit research and educational corporation dedicated to advancing constitutional rights, ethical governance, and professional integrity. None of this is possible without faith in Jesus Christ, who remains the foundation of both the mission and the work of this Institute.

The inception of WICI arose from years of adversity, injustice, and public corruption revealed through multiple federal civil rights lawsuits Founder Kyle Corrigan filed. What was meant to silence truth, God has used as the very foundation for reform. The lion’s share of those legal actions will ultimately help build this Institute as the cases reach their rightful conclusion, turning hardship into restoration and accountability through faith, education, and integrity, all to God’s glory.

WICI stands as a bridge between faith, law, and public service. Through research, education, and partnership, the Institute equips investigators, scholars, and professionals to defend constitutional rights, confront corruption, and serve with humility. Every initiative reflects the belief that justice and truth are inseparable from moral conviction and guided by God’s Word.
